Debt Ceiling Raised to $1.9 Trillion

As discussed here three days ago, the debt ceiling has been raised to a whopping $1.9 - trillion, on a strictly party-line vote. The Dems hope they don't have to vote to raise it again before November 2, but they have already signalled that it will be raised again no matter what.
